Today was a very cold January afternoon but that didn’t stop the children turning out for Jelly church which was very well attended with 16 children and lots of parents.
When we arrived we all enjoyed a cup of tea to warm us up and then we got on with our craft for the afternoon, which was decorating biscuits. There was lots of yummy biscuits, icing and sprinkles. Several of the biscuits looked too delicious and didn’t make it home. They were enjoyed with the selection of food available this afternoon. This included pizza, sausage rolls, cakes, biscuits and of course jelly.
After we had our refreshments, we sang some songs with Vicar Mark and had a few words followed by a prayer.
Well done everyone you did an excellent job.
